Reservations
At least one week in advance is recommended for all reservations. All equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis unless the equipment has been previously reserved. Use a valid credit card to hold the equipment for pickup on a specific day or pre-pay the full rental rate.

Rental Rates & Time Periods
Rental rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are for one-day rentals unless otherwise specified. All rental returns are due back by 12:00 Noon on the date specified on contract or a late fee will be charged. Additional day and weekly rates are also available; contact Skip's Music Rental Division for pricing.

Cancellations & Late Fees
A 48 hours (2 business days) advance notice is required for all reservation cancellations. A restocking fee equal to one day's rental rate of the reserved items will be charged for all reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. A pro-rated daily rental rate will be charged for all late returns.

Security Deposit
A valid major credit card and valid California State issued identification is required for all rentals. A security deposit of $250-$500 will be charged to the credit card for all rentals at the time of pickup. Cosigners are accepted but must be present to sign contract and provide security deposit. In lieu of a credit card, a cash deposit for the replacement value of the equipment may be made with management pre-approval. Sorry, checks and check cards are not acceptable for security deposit. Renters must be at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse to rent on the basis of non-compliance with security deposit guidelines.

Business Hours
Our standard business hours are 11am - 8pm Monday-Friday; Saturday 10am-6pm; and Sunday 11am-6pm. We are closed on the following holidays: Christmas day, New Years day, Thanksgiving, and Easter.

Pickup & Delivery
24-hour rental delivery, set-up and pick-up services are available on all rentals over $300 for an additional fee. All pick-ups and deliveries must be scheduled a minimum of 1 week in advance. Fees may vary. Please contact Skip's Music Rental Division for a quote

Engineers & Operators
Technicians, Engineers, Operators, Stage Hands, and Drivers are available for an additional fee. All labor must be scheduled in advance. Fees may vary. Please contact Skip's Music Rental Division for more information.

Cables & Adapters
An adequate number of cables and adapters will be sent out with each rental system. If additional cables or adapters are required, please inform a rental associate at the time of pick up.
